Post Decent delay pedals?
wanna get a delay pedal. The axe fx is a bitch when it comes to this. It never provides the right delay rhythm for specific tracks then once you find the right delay, it changes the overall tone in the patch.

Weird. :hypno:

Of course, I'm going to recommend the Eventide Timefactor. Programmable, tons of options and tonal possibilities, a good number of preset locations, MIDI (so you can sync up your program changes with your AxeFX), excellent tone and build quality, you can probably find one on HCFX for 300 or so, and I've gigged mine for years now with no issues. Tap tempo (of course), BPM and ms settings, two individual delays per patch with mix control plus a true multitap setting. And you can get modulated and filter sweep delays out of it, plus it makes a decent modulation pedal (though you have an AxeFX, so...)

The feature set overall is pretty studly, and it sounds kickass. Czech it: http://www.eventide.com/AudioDivision/Products/StompBoxes/TimeFactor.aspx

I have heard great things about the Timeline (Strymon) as well. I use a Carbon Copy, but that is about as basic a delay as you can get.... no presets or tap tempo etc...

Ooh, the Strymon looks nice. I forgot those existed. Seems to be in the same class as the Eventide. :tu:
