I am having trouble deciding between it and the Timefactor. I think I may have to go with the Echolution. Both seem capable of doing what I want, just in very different ways. |

The Timefactor gives you presets. Both give you serious tweaking depth, with a different feature set. Both also occupy the exact same footprint on your board. The Echolution will do things the Timefactor won't, and vice versa. Really, it depends, I think, on what feature set you want/need more. Honestly, for you, I'd probably recommend the Echolution versus the Timefactor. I need the preset control in my rig. I suspect you do not. |

Yeah I don't play live. Right now I am really just composing stuff more than performing it. If I were going to replicate what I compose in a live situation, I would need a band and I would simplify a lot of the effectories from my recording to better suit a live situation So I too think the Echolution is probably better suited for me considering the analog control setup, the manner of tweakabilities and simply what the pedal is capable of. Both can take expression pedals (I am going to call this "expressive") and have tap tempos which I love. I just think the Echolution would give me more to play around with, in a sense. I also want a Mothership, but that is a different story. Definitely going used though ...

I'm trying to think if there's anything on my board I bought new... ...and there is: One-Spot daisy chain and some cables. I don't know where I got the power strip from.

The only thing on my board that was new is the GFS Tuner pedal I got for Xmas. I like it. It came with a daisy-chain PS too. But seriously, the pigtronix stuff is mind-boggling with awesomeness. |

I feel like they must just spend all day making fucked up noises, then making pedals out of them. |
