This is lovely. Better than the Waves SSL comp, IMO, which sounds murky in comparison. 'S great for smashy-smashy or subtler sounds. This might become my go-to ITB mix bus comp. I used it on the latest Garda single. :snax:

It sounds good. Acquire it. Compress things. :nods:

It limits and has a mix knob for parallel smashing, too! :D

I shall compare it to my pile of other compressors and if I dig it, I'll throw cash at Cytomic.

You have all the Waves stuff, no? A/B it to their SSL Master Bus compressor. :nods:

I should be a real asshole and A/B those to a real SSL master section and an Alan Smart. Book a session just to do that. :lol:

Chris would like this for drumclobbering, I think.

I like this quite a bit, but I think I may be abusing it on my mixes.

It seems to play well with my SD2 mix.

It rocks on a drum bus, much like the hardware SSL or similar flavoured comp. :nods:

I'm slamming some of our backing tracks with it as I type this.
