...other than the guitar and bass tones I'm not very impressed by the sounds they got on 10,000 Days. The drums especially, dull and occasionally farting. Spot mics on the cymbals? So then where the hell is the hi hat? Multiple room mics? Sounds like they wasted their time putting them up because they are barely even there most of the time.
Those guitar and bass tones are awesome but I agree on the drums. They sound lifeless and shitty. I hate the cymbals and the toms are weak too. Kinda weird
