A good choice. Will do. I've a pair meself. Overheads, snare, spot mics on cymbals, acoustic guitar (pair this at the 12th fret with an LDC at the bridge ), occasionally wind up as an alternate mic on guitar amps, room mic on all sorts of things. On the right source, there's some surprising warmth in the mids. They are a good mic for sure.

That is one mic (nonetheless two) that I have been particularly interested in. I wish there was a good way to test out a bunch of mics without having to buy them, because I definitely can't afford all the ones I want to try.
