Yes, he mostly does pop/RnB/hiphop mixes. He does rock stuff too and has all manner of people on the episodes to talk. The Rupert Neve and Charlie Clouser ones are some of my favorites. Dude knows his shit and is not an analog snob. There are a ton of episodes, over 100, plus the "Into The Lair" segment where he talks about mixing techniques. It's really a great resource and just about the only thing of its kind- an actual show about recording.

Alas, I have too short an attention span to have ever watched a whole one. Hah! I suck. I will give it another shot though.

Admittedly he's not the most engaging host ever. He's just some dude- no one would hire him to host anything else or as an interviewer. His sidekick is a little better at it. I mean, he's affable and seems like a chill d00d and knows what he's on about, but he's no professional interviewer or professor or TV host. But the content is first-rate. I don't always watch it the whole way through and have skipped over bits. Lord knows there's enough of them though that you can pick and choose based on content.
