Nah, from what i understand the most difficult bit is actually transferring the image onto the screen cleanly enough that fine detaily bits (like lettering) don't get mucked up. Just make sure to use a fine enough screen for whatever you are doing. Shirts are generally bigger, labeling generally smaller. Smaller ones more cloggy though, so precise paint consistency becomes the second trick when printing detailed work on hard surfaces like metal.

A friend of mine used to do it for work, and even had a proper shirt printing press in his basement, but he has moved far away. Otherwise, i would be inclined to leech off his expertise. But yeah, from what i have heard, it is a simple process with a couple easy to follow rules. Done right, it would make labeling pedals and amps nicey nice.

I'm going to do a few t-shirts first to get the hang of it. I guess I'll either clear coat or paint the chassis first so the transfer will be straight to acrylic anyway which should make things a bit easier. Bits will be in the post soon anyway.

Pedals could be made really hot with a cool screen design.
