If you are talking about the glitching and pitch drops, sure you can. You would just have to be tap dancing a bit on pedals.
Glitching, you can do with lots of different digital delays. A few of the Boss DD- series do it, some loopers do it too. They usually call it "hold" or something like that. I have seen drummers do it as well, running the snare mic into a mixing board next to them with a delay on it they could turn on and/or fade in for glitching snares.
Pitch drops, you can do with the digitech whammy. Or by spinning the rate knob of a glitching delay.
And actually both could be done if you ran a computer in the rig and made a program in Max for it.
Lots of bands do that stuff these days. Now, the band that wrote that, may not be able to do it live, sure, but there are definitely bands who CAN do all of those effects live.
