If I don't listen to music throughout the day I become cranky and easily upset.
As someone with an incredibly short attention span with few constants in my life, I have never taken a break from listening to music.

I want the Ocean's 11 (the remake version) soundtrack pretty awful.

Also, I have been getting into Brazilian Lounge music. It is pretty fucking amazing. I didn't realize it was such a big deal out there.

If you listen to that whole record, and are familiar at all with MF Doom's toons, you will hear a few things that wound up as samples.

That was one of the things that sold me on doom even before i was really paying attention to what he was saying, like " whaaaa? is that an arthur verocai sample???!!"

That's actually the first Verocai song I listened to. I really should look into MF Doom more as well.

DOOOOOOOOD. You should get all of the Special Herbs And Spices records that MF Doom did. A lot of it is like that, and the Special Herbs And Spices series are especially cool, because they are just the instrumentals, so you can hear more clearly what he is doing to the samples. Pretty slick shit.



Doooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood. MF Doom, has definitely become my favorite hip-hop dood. Most of his shit is self produced, all of it is fucking awesome. And i don't know anyone who can do what he does with words. Many of the things he puts together are just mindblowingly badass.

Maybe I will use some of those tracks for my own rapping shenanigans at some point..

Aye, for moast folks that is what they are best for. I like them because i am a nerd and like to hear how he fits shit together, but for sure, they are well suited for back tracks.
