Punching sacred cattle: an album we can agree on?
I mean, of stuff that we, like, actually listen to? I am also pre-disqualifying anything by The Beatles here, because it is a safe choice and a sacred cow that would invariably be brought up on other, lesser forums and were there a Maps Party! going down right now I can say for fucksure no one's actually putting on Revolver, y'know?
What do we generally concur rocks?
I ask more to hear the haters, because people's explanations of why something sucks are frequently an amusing contrast.

Re: Punching sacred cattle: an album we can agree on?
Chris posts the correct answer immediately. There's gotta be someone on here who can't stand Brian Johnson though. Though people seem to find his balls-in-a-vise vocal less objectionable than Axl Rose's balls-in-a-vise vocal.

I am also thinking that the maps party playlist would contain some White Zombie.
Basically, it is a party, so you aren't going to be hearing a lot of the lighter sappier fare we various maplitonians are into individually, that would cause the greatest degree of intermapsian sonic dischord.

Yes and Yes. I don't care for The Chemical Brothers much though, I find their songs a bit irritating for some reason.

Re: Punching sacred cattle: an album we can agree on?
I suppose I can get behind Black Sabbath. Yes, they are my vote.
Oh, I'm also going to toss these out there: Soundgarden, Alice in Chains...

I can't stand Brian Johnson. At all. Hearing him makes me want to destroy everyone/thing.

This. If it's AC DC it had better be Bon Scott.
