When I was little I really wanted a Power Wheels, but that never happened. I still feel jealous when I see little kids driving them, especially since now I'm too big to enjoy them.

Maybe I should be a Shriner also.

So I went to see "Thin Lizzy" tonight, though more of a tribute as the only original member now is Scott Gorham. They were good but for me the highight of the night was being surprised with Clutch being one of the support bands I didn't know all the songs but the rock was most certainly brought. They played Promoter and Subtle Hustle so I was happy.

map-wise, Scott Gorham was using some Engls and the other guy had 2 Wizard halfstacks which sounded immense. I was surprised at how marshally/british the Engls sounded as well.

When I saw Sisters Of Mercy they had Engl Powerballs, and they sounded like old-school Marshalls. My friend had an e530 and that sounded really Marshally as well, but with a bit more aggressive attack to it. Forum clips lie to you about what Engl stuff sounds like, apparently, 'cause I've liked 'em way more in person.

Also, Clutch is awesome.

Or so I've been told. My sister was born there, but I've never been. My folks have nothing nice to say about the wind... But I used to live like a mile off of Lake Erie in Buffalo so I'm no better. Did you take the picture?
