It'd be sweet if Rocca came in and raged, or threatened lawsuits.

It's not that bad being somewhere that is prepared for snow for a few months. Much better than being in a place that is probably going to bite the pain every fall. IMO.

Last time a storm was going to hit, a few hours before it started to rain the chief of the Department of Electricity (Gov runs all electricity and water) decided the best thing to do was to shut down all the power lines without making a public announcement while the storm passed:facepalm:
