Re: Yo, Devin. Part II - The Return Of Yo, Devin. Yes and no. This is what it sounds like when i play, and i am more concerned with looking behind me over my shoulder to watch the recording meters bounce and make sure that nothing screwy is going on with the mics, than with what i am playing...

Oh, and for the nerds: In detail, this recoarding setup is dead simple: MXL991 overhead, MXL990 floortom (Glyn Johnsy setup), and Blue Blueball in the kick. Minimal compression on everything, mostly just a limiter at 1dB threshhold and -0.3dB ceiling. Also a big scoopy EQ on the Blueball.
