That is what i am saying, the thing will come around. I would guess that each few miles per hour represents a new technological balance/reaction hurdle for them, but that at a certain point they will just be able to figure out some Science shit that will allow the thing to catch and dismantle on the fly, a fleeing modern race motorcycle. The only downside i can see is when the state police start using them to chase and dismember general speeders in lieu of the traditional radar traps and tickets method. On the upside, driving too fast is about to get a lot more interesting.

With the population on the rise, and it seems to be population of fucking idiots, I would gladly see robo-cheetah trackdown and hunt speeders. Generally I speed, but I am also smart enough to not get caught. On the other hand, I'm thinking mandatory IQ tests with possibility of death with low score seems like a fine idea.

I can not take hearing of Honey Boo Boo or Obama phone any more. Did you guys hear of the Obama phone chick? fuck I could easily kill.....

Maybe they could be reprogrammed to hunt just the general populace. You know, just like moving a terrifying technologically advanced version of a bit of the Sahara into our urban areas. Pop out of Duane Reade and one of these electrocheetahs is crouched behind a bus stop scanning for the slow and weak. Maybe they could be programmed to hunt only the stupid?

The added upside, is that those of us who are prone to do stupid things from time to time, could perhaps get some exercise in as a side effect. Maybe do a little Teddy R. style hunting?

I am now struck by the thought that i kind of want the head of one of these robots on a plaque over a fireplace.
