So i was dreamin that i was like, down in cuba with some people, and we were driving in this old guy's old mercedes that he was so proud of because it was a mercedes, but it wasnt very cool cuz it was teal and old.... and like... we got to this house where there was a party the night before, and they were removing the wall because something exploded. So i went in and upstairs and ran into this random girl from my grade school, who was passed out drunk, so i called a cab (in cuba lawl) to get to the airport for some reason. So we were in the cab, and i layed her down in the back seat, which was HUGE like a boat, so there was like room for 6 people in a booth like thing, and when i turned around to look at her, she was naked, cuz she undressed herself in her sleep, and i was like LOLWUT, and she was like "oh where are my clothes" and i was like "you took thme off" and she was like "whatever" and just stayed naked, a sight of which is difficult for a man to remove his eyes from, and then i looked to the front and there was a camera in the front of the cab staring at us and i was like SHIT ITS ILLEGAL TO BE NUDE IN PUBLIC IN CUBA, I'LL NEVER SEE CANADA AGAIN CUZ WE'LL GET ARRESTED! and then i woke up... but i was still in the dream, in the blue mercedes, with my actual girlfriend, and i was like huh? and then i REALLY woke up in this real world that we live in now.

I haven't been dreaming much lately, but i did have one last night where i was fighting a gigantic robot in a car dealership. I won by distracting it with a stuffed animal, and sneaking up behind it to flick the huge "3 Min. Self Destruct" button that happened to be conveniently located at its base.

I barely ever dream.

When I do, I pretty much never remember it except for like, a snap shot before I wake up. It slips away quickly though.

It kind of makes sense though. My brain is on creative mode almost all day. When I am not in school, I am usually working on projects or musical stuff. My brain needs a chance to rest.

last night, i dreamt i was invited to a threesome, and i should bring my girlfriend. IT WAS LOLLLLLLLLZ

then i woke up hungover and sad.

I had an odd dream a couple of nights ago. My old boss was trying to get me to work there again, and for some reason I REALLY didn't want to work there...to the point I felt the need to fake my own death. Which apparently meant leaving my body somewhere...no idea how I was supposed to leave my body somewhere and yet still be alive...I wanted to leave it in some random stranger's house so as not to freak out anyone I know. But when I got into the house, it turned out to belong to this guy in a bunch of local bands that I've played tons of shows with. So I apologized and for some reason jumped out the window. Before I landed, I realized "Oh hey, I can fly, why am I freaking out about this?"

So then I flew around the world and kicked a bunch of people's asses for absolutely no reason. I woke up just as I was about to kick a tiger in the nuts.

Amazing.

Waking up right before you do something awesome or stupid is a nice deus ex machina, IMO, for your brain letting itself out of some tricky plot jiggery. For instance, though i flicked the giant robot's self destruct button, i didn't get to see it explode or whatever. Frankly, three minutes probably wouldn't have been enough time for me to get away from it.

Like "TUNE IN TOMORROW NIGHT TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS!" but the whole time, your brain knows it won't have to figure it out, because tomorrow night, you will be dreaming of rocket leprachauns or someshit instead.

Once, ONCE I had a dream where the building I was in actually blew up. Like, I saw the explosion and didn't wake up until afterward.

This is an avenue worth exploring when you're lucid dreaming... Disconnection of your consciousness and body.

I once dreamt that I was walking down my street to my house. I'm all like 'herpedy derp... wait, I'm dreaming, aren't I? Maybe I ought to just fly the rest of the way.' So I flew the rest of the way home, hovering twenty feet or so above the pavement. Then as I near my house, I think, "well, if I'm dreaming... that means that inside my house is ME, asleep in bed in my room, just behind that there window." So I fly up to my window and there I am, asleep. At that point I seemed to be running on autopilot as I floated through the window and into my own sleeping body, then awoke. I felt a strange tingling euphoria upon awaking... it was... really cool.

I only dream when I'm sober.

This is probably for the best.

I have really good dreams on nyquil. I dreamt I had show on the beach and set my guitar down between songs and couldn't find it I finally just pulled the cord from the amp and found that it was a tele semi buried in the sand. Then had a rawkin good time for the rest of the show. The band was a bunch of guys from different bands I've been in. weird mix of dudes.
