Like. What type of life do you want to have? To some degree establishing some sort of guideline can make the choosing process simpler...?

I want to party all day and night........ that's the type of life I want.

You don't need to be enrolled in college to party.

What type of motivation do you want to bring to people? Meaning, what do you feel people need motivation to do/accomplish?

Do you like learning shit that challenges you continually to become better, or would you rather feel like you are the master of whatever you are doing and people just need to come to you for answers?

Like. A lot of what will work for you depends on your personality. There are leaders, organizers, followers, workers, designers, discoverers, etc... Most occupations will drop you into one role or another.

To some degree, what you want to feel like(accomplishment-wise. or, what role you want to fill), might help determine what you want to do.

Not building things, I like to find myself in an already established position-- so that i can see an example of what needs to be done.
I don't care much about being the boss of anyone, but I am a leader, I know this.. mainly because people always come to me for answers regarding their lives. I don't like to be challenged much, but that's because I've got so much stress already to deal with.

No, anyone can be a club promoter, but if you wanna be at the top of the game, have a degree backing you.

There is always reasonable money in environmental science stuff and if you stick at it a PhD. isnt too hard and you get to make people call you doctor.

Not that that should dissuade you. But there are a lot of people doing that for free right now. It has always struck me somewhat as one of those occupations (like starting restaurants. or... making music) that mostly rewarded either the already fairly rich, or the self-destructively hardworking.

Anyhow. Basically what you are saying is that you want a life where you don't have to do much but enjoy yourself. I think you might just need a sugar momma?

Also, out of curiousity, why do you expect that you will retain the level of stress that you currently have, into the future?

I'm always stressed, and I will be until I get a job and a place of my own. I am currently in a coffee shop in midtown, I hate this. I'm going to a friends house tonight, but essentially I AM homeless. Do you know how unsettling it is to not know where you're going to sleep the next day? I have ten dollars in my pocket. The same ten dollars that was there last week.

I do need a sugar momma, but I need a job and a place first. I am terrible with math, I'm alright with english.. I considered english/psych/communications majors.. but none pay well or they take way too long.

Err. No you're not? Sounds like you have lots of shit going not great(welcome to my club ) but you should retain touch with reality IMO, particularly with regards to the reality of your strengths.

Two year school? Liberal arts and take whatever is necessary to fulfill your basics for a four-year program, the basic shit that any degree program will require.

I will also tell you from personal experience be prepared to take every college math course twice and hate every minute to pass. And you'll have to actually work at it. Chances are, knowing you, that you will have the exact same experience in that regard that I did.

...at least until you have your shit sorted out enough to know what you really want a degree in. It took me having a career in the thing I dropped out of college for to know that.

My greatest strength is having a real view on myself. I'm stupid, I'm in this mess because I put myself here. I like chaos maybe.. I had a really good life! I was concrete, but it was boring. So I rustled things up.. and look where I am now!...... It's a good thing I'm beautiful


Also, yes, I am a people person. If I wasn't I'd definitely be homeless. My personal belongings are currently in the possession of five of my friends all over NJ and NY... haha.. oh gosh.

Re: algebra, no, but they'll make you take a not-for-credit course, like M100 or someshit, before you can take any of the real maths. So you're screwed, but only in the time/money sense.

Science, there's probably a Survey Of Science or equivalent and some stuff you don't need math skills for. I took an Environmental Science course myself, that was taught by this awesome old Bulgarian d00d who was a physicist from the Soviet Bloc and ranted about the government a lot. I wrote a bunch of papers and did not have to math once throughout.

If your "real" view of your self shows you as stupid, then your view needs rejiggering. You respond very quickly and creatively to stimuli and challenges. You are perceptive and intelligent. Basically: Cut the shit with the "i am stupid" talk.

I would suggest that perhaps, at least for a while, you might switch from booze to coffee. I don't think you are likely to be able to party your way back to stability.

I could be wrong though.

In truth, not partying in and of itself hasn't provided me with stability just yet.
