Basically avoid anything featuring Mark Wahlberg, or anything directed by Michael Bay/James Cameron

Jimmy C. is ok but nowadays he is more into the visual effects side of movie making. Like, he is now just looking for scripts to utilize special effects. Though I am not so sure about the new movie he made about the really, really deep hole in the ground. Looks like they used a bit more practical effects, at least from the trailer, but it also kinda looks like the whole thing was shot in a really cool looking swimming pool.

BUT, the guy is innovative, and he can sell the shit out of a movie. Ever since Titanic, all he has to do is put his name on something and will fucking blow up.


Mark Wahlburg is just awful though. He even sucked playing himself on Entourage.

Yeah I was thinking maybe that film might be ok.

I just signed myself up for a 50km mtb marathon in July. I'm definitely gonna make myself do it this year, I missed the one last year due to injury Training starts soon so I don't die halfway round.

As an asthmatic, I will proudly exclaim, "Fuck running."

mtb = mountain bike, so no running for me I would die after about a mile of running, if that.

Ah I didn't even see the mtb.

I'd be substantially less prone to death on a bike, which in any other context would seem illogical.

I try to avoid death. it's too damned depressing.

I was introduced as a youngin'. Certainly not the most fun part of life. Unless you can choose your death ...

The batteries in my thermostat could have picked a better time to die. Normally I have Tuesday off and just run errands and do band shit, but today I have a job interview in the morning. Let's see if I can possibly sleep a little. and are not a practical option given the circumstances.

I could just stay up. Tomorrow, I suppose, is coffee day.
