Finished my current opus.
Timed it out to be approximately 15 minutes long.
Figured out a little name for my project, Soulace [sic].
There's much work for me to be doing.

Expect big things.

Soulace is kinda cool I suppose.

I'm just rediscovering my Epiphone LP Custom. I think it may still be my favourite guitar after all. The SG sounds quite thin and low-sustain in comparison Think I'm tempted to swap the p90s out for Warpigs

Gigging tonight. 2 Long sets 15-16 songs each set. Chick is going, and kids at my moms Let see if I can talk her into taking some slut home with us.

Barb was actually into the idea of having a threesome once, she even had a friend in mind. Then she remembered she would have to share me with another woman. This is the girl who threatens to beat up my female neighbors. So, yeah I don't think it's happening.

I never had a problem with that, when I still could be bothered to have significant others. That sort of thing was actively encouraged.

Everclear is mighty potent stuff.

My freshman year, we were sitting on our "front porch" (aka the open-air hallway in front of our dorm) as a drunk guy walked up to us. He had a CamelBak on and started to explain, quite loudly, how it was filled with Jungle Juice (Everclear + Kool-Aid powder). We all had a laugh, finished our cigarettes and went back inside.

I woke up early the next day to head into work, and as I was driving out of our parking lot, I noticed something in the middle of the road. I pulled up closer, and it was Mr. CamelBak, face down, passed out in the street.






I drove around him and carried on with my business.

Went to see Ozzy yesterday. He played quite a few Sabbath tunes which made me happy. Gus G pretty much teared it up (4 Blackstar fullstacks)

Now I need to figure out if I want to see Journey, Slash or Iron Maiden as I only have enough money for one.

I'd go with Iron Maiden.

I was asked to help out on a friends recording. I am looking forward to this event. Has a nice schedule planned already. Should be awesome times.

On a further note, the Shiva was outstanding at the gig Saturday. cut through without being shrill had many many compliments on my tone. Also new pic of pedal bored to be put up this evening.

They're good like that. I'm considering one for live work now that I can afford to keep the AC30 kicking about for studio porpoises.

I cleaned my CPU fan today.


I smacked it into my palm, and a square glob of dirt remained. The exact size and shape of the fan.

It's so funny. I thought I was going to have to push it. The tone I use is very warm, almost dark. I love the tone of soloing on the neck pup. And the Shiva is warm sounding anyway, so I expected to need to boost it a bit, but I didn't have to at all, I completely cut through. I can thank you guys for pointing me in the Shiva direction.

I should probably do this. My computers innards haven't been cleaned for at least a year. I noticed the processor makes some funny sounds when it's under strain
