My friend lost fuck loads of fat by doing it so I'm thinking it may kickstart my weight loss again since its been stuck at around the same spot for ages. Afaics it's basically the atkins diet but tailored around working out and not losing muscle. Thus, you can eat loads of delicious meats 'n' shit

Re: Blog/tweet about shit in your life here So I've figured out why my PC randomly shuts down under heavy load.
My video card (Radeon HD2400Pro) is blister hot to the touch 90% of the time. I shall rig up a fan from my other PC to blow directly on it, and keep it cool until I can afford: A. A new video card, B: A new PC. This PC has served me quite well though, considering it was an $800 PC 3 years ago, and other than the aforementioned issue, it functions flawlessly. Not including a hard drive failure and a DVD burner that sounds like a 5.25" floppy drive (WTF?).
