 So I'm moving from one area of West Virginia to another. On the 3rd of next month. And I'm stoked, because I'm moving from a 650 sq. ft. sardine can to a proper 1750 sq. ft.x2 story house.  There's a room on the lower floor that is 20'L x 15'w(in the bigger part, it's L shaped) x 10'h. Much jammings will be had in that room. Oh, and it has an attached heated/cooled garage, with a FLOOR DRAIN. Every man's garage needs a floor drain. It's the best place for all the leaked antifreeze and transmission fluid to go.

Re: So I'm moving from one area of West Virginia to another. Work. Lots of it. It was my dad's house and nobody was even trying to take ownership of it, so I stepped in and got them to all sign the deed over to me. That's the super short version anyway.
There's still 16 years worth of payments left on it.
