I wish eating lunch didn't make me so incredibly goddamn tired. I could pass out right now, and I'm so bloody disoriented I feel like I'm on tranqs. My relationship with foodstuffs is an abusive codependent one. I stick with them though because they are tasty and I will feel like hell with or without them, so I err on the side of tasty.

It is funny, eating is one of the few things that will wake me up with any consistency. POssibly even moreso than delicious delicious coffee. I probably share some of the borderline diabetic shit that my sisters tend to operate under. Blood sugar definitely seems to bounce around a bit.

Of course, i probably should also just be a bit more active. Playing drums is better than nothing, but i really need to get into the habit of doing more strenuous things. I definitely feel that for me anyhow, my system was much less affected by fluctuations/eating/whatever not too many years ago. And i don't think it is just because i am older now either.

I look ridiculous on one, but i really should try to put a BMX back together with which to screw around with at three in the morning.

I just ate lunch, which gave me energy to record awful cellphone clips of the Lil' Night Train.

I fermented a bunch of apple cider with some wine yeast I've had sitting around for a couple years. I just filtered it now. I'm no pro at this. I am wondering if drinking it will lead to good times, or a night in the hospital.

Only one way to find out.
