Either this is a weather change/seasonal thing (likely the case) or I have contracted the Death Plague from my housemateladyperson and it is a symptom thereof (not as likely the case). I decided to quit a lil while ago as well. Gave away my bowl. Also cut down on the drinking and shit too.

Feels kind of weird, but I'm happy that I'm not sitting around all day being unproductive and getting stoned all the time.

The decision to quit isn't permanent by any means though....just decided on an indefinite break until I feel like picking it back up (maybe smoke during a jam session or at a party.)

Yeah same. Been off of it for a few weeks. All my finals felt real easy.

A week on, I find Miz Jen to be a companionable housemate. We keep vampire's schedules, are either not around or in our rooms, are very clean, and whomever sees the dishes does them and doesn't care. On the occasion we encounter each other, which is not every day, we usually talk incessantly to the detriment of whatever needs to get done and then are like "I'm going to [insert place here], do you want anything?" and have a compatible aesthetic sense. Which doesn't surprise me at all; of that particular group of friends we are the most similar personality-wise- actually frighteningly so, to the point that they can't all tolerate either of us all of the time. Bipolar artist types amongst Geeks (large G. Though not all are gamers). But we knew this to begin with, thus the arrangement.

I do actually appreciate the drama-free (our drama is internal go into your room and cry yourself to sleep sort of drama- no one sees or is aware of it) human presence and occasional company, quite a bit. That and leaving a neighborhood where I'd been for years that are full of, well, drama and bad memories (and good ones too, but...) has been refreshing.

If only I wasn't so fucking stressed from the way work's been lately and being in three original bands. But in general, things are fairly alright.
