I hope for their sake the newer ones beat the Core 2 Duo versions handily, as my laptop smoked the several of those I had to use at work. Which makes little to no sense, but it was/still is true. Those sucked the ol' dickass, to quote... you. (I like that phrase.) Might be a graphics thing there re: that application though as I don't know what cards are in each. The tinyass keyboard is sorta weird for a full-size machine. It's like a laptop keyboard. The new mouse is... odd. I'm not sure if I like the scrolling or want to kill it with fire, or if it just doesn't play nice with Illustrator CS5 on the aforementioned Core 2 Duo.
