its funny. i was forced to use firefox on my ancient laptop because chrome hangs for a full minute before loading any webpage.

Chrome's not too bad I guess, it just feels too stripped down and empty.

just wait until the cache lags. Its not consistent, but when it happens its like the world is ending.

And yeah, stripped down is a good word. I think its a stupid browser imo. The whole storing your user settings on a server somewhere creeps me out.

I am a bit annoyed. Earlier I took my bike into the shop to get the fork seals replaced since it's already leaking oil like a little bitch. Waited around for 3 hours and went back for the guy to say "erm yeah I think I rebuilt it wrong, it doesn't feel right, have a feel" and it does indeed feel like shit, loads of stiction in the first inch of its travel and it feels like the spring is the next weight up from what it has in. Left it there overnight and he's rebuilding it tomorrow morning Do I have a leg to stand on if they try to charge me for any extra labour, as none of it was really put into writing? I'm hoping they won't but all the bike shops here seem to have a terrible "holier than thou" attitude so who knows
