Now, I'd contend that the Paradise Lost and Katatonia videos I posted earlier in the thread would contain non-objectionable content. In fact, I'd go so far as to say while those are bands that started out as doom-death, by that point they're not metal at all. Same with Tiamat. Amorphis turned into a cool heavy rock thing with some neat atmospheric parts for a couple records that were good, Moonspell had an affair with industrial rock for a while. Were I not posting in between swearing at things at work, I'd dredge up stuff that came out of the late '90s metal scene that is A) not metal, B) pretty accessible and C) good if you like yer wrawking on the gloomy and sometimes synthy side.
