SLO's go for a shit load of money still. I would reckon around 2300-2700? I checked on TGP quickly dude selling one with a matching 4x12 is 4200, and a combo is around 2600. Of course they still are for sale. Well fuck, Ebay has them around 3200-3700. but they are not selling, one recently was up for 2595 and did not sell. If you are buying maybe go 2200? or are you selling? I don't remember you having a SLO

Early SLOs, hell ALL SLO's are kick ass.

If I didn't have the Titan i'd own one, but they are so similar I can't justify it.

I paid around 1400 for mine. It's #11. A 200 Watter with 6550s Contour/boost options Single Eq. The new ones have Dual Eq and Contour stock.

Zach will take payments in increments too and a bit cheaper than a SLO, actually you could get a fully optioned Cerberus 3 channel for less than a used SLO.

I fucking love my amp, i've tried hundreds of high end amps while touring, in studio, amp shows, doing repairs, and working retail. It's the most versatile amp i've owned and by far the most versatile single eq amp i've played. It's got the 5150 saturation when I need it, the recto sag when I want it, marshall mids when I want them, VHT clarity, and SLO grind. I gush about it because it's perfect. It's louder than sin but sounds great at room volume. I can roll off for wonderful cleans on the OD channel, or use the awesome clean channel, and crunch mode is worth the money itself.

But I digress, the SLO will hold it's value and you won't lose money, both brands have awesome warranties.

I need to make some new ones. I'll scrounge up some of my old vids though.
Fastredponycar's videos on yt are a pretty good collection of tones possible.

We can get him back if you want him.

Need some new blood in this bitch.

He hasn't been posting much anywhere since his first kid was born and another on the way (I think), also business has been picking up for him.... which is awesome.

He used to post here quite a bit as an escape from his would-be on HCAF. Now not so much.

His username is :freak:

I would value an SLO at sounding awesome. :huzzah:

Re: the 200w Titan thing, though I tend toward 50w or less for my stuff- I like the power tube grind and sag- the high wattage KT88 or 6550 rigs I've run into (and the one I hear every week) do sound quite nice at normal human volumes. Different feel to playing them though.
