Without a fucking doubt! I love the early/mid 90's thing they have going on with a big fucking slab of sludge thrown in for good measure. I'd love to go back in time and play the 14 year old me this record. My mind would probably explode.

It is basically just 100% Unsane worship, but Unsane is fucking amazing, so not only do i not mind, i actually encourage it.

Yeah I hope they keep up the good work.

Edit: I'd totally forgotten how awesome this record is. Such a shame they called it a day but I saw them on their last show supporting ISIS and they blew them out of the water. It was the wavering radiant tour though

The guitarist for this band was a straight up badass also. Less obvious on this toon, but he was pretty gnar.

He is, for example the guy that gave Page the idea for using the violin bow:



And that ^ is cool because it actually has live sound on it, unlike most of those old Hit Parade style vids where it is just lypsynch'd. Fucking guitar sounds pessssed on those opening chords. Wish it was a bit louder in the mix. Sounds like maybe an about-to-explode AC15 or something. I have no idea what those amps on stage are though.

Huh. I did not know Jarboe did a record with Justin Broadrick. I will need to hear the whole thing.
