Right on dude. Do you feel like there's more opportunity here? A lot of people ere also feel like they have better chances elsewhere... a lot of Torontonians have been moving to more rural areas and other provinces.

New SOS hasn't arrived yet but I suspected they'd be talking all about Lana Del Ray's album, so I previewed the issue on their site and yes, of course. Idk really. A teacher i have is from Toronto and said the job market is a little slow right now. Theres more jobs in NYC for now, but meybe if i get a masters degree it'll be easier to find one. Its weird cause it looked like Toronto had a lot going on, i guess it depends on the field youre in.

I am moving tomorrow- or, rather, today, though it's not tomorrow until I've completed a sleep/wake cycle- and will be sans intarwebs for... potentially an entire day. I don't know what I'll do with myself?

Oh, yeah- be an actual productive human bean?

An aside, i completely agree with this method of date recoarding. I have reams of notebooks and gigabytes of sounds that, in a purely technical normal human sense, have inaccurate dating applied to them. This is because the next day doesn't count until i get there. After i have been properly asleep.

As for moving: jolly good show. I would rather enjoy a move myself. I require a destination. Or will most likely, soon enough. Whatever happened to the good old days when one could simply ingratiate one's self on a passing herd of carnies, or alternately, simply bindle up and hit the tracks? The modern era does not seem to posses at all the solutions that i seem indeed to require.

Same here. I have plenty of things dated yesterday (or past yesterdays) that were still the current day because I said so. In the event that I've been up for over a day's worth of Earth-hours, it counts as the next day.

And re: moving, it's nothing horridly special; it's a couple blocks in the other direction. Same housemate, bigger house. Our lease was up and the landlord moved to Vermont to live in a yurt and sold the place.

It seems carnies and boxcars are thin on the ground these days. Have you considered the yurt as a possibility? With or without goats?

Hmmm. A yurt i think i could get down with. And goats, well i am certainly pro-goat. For one, i do not posses tor's wigged-out-ness in the presense of goateyes. For two, goat cheese is superfuckingdelicious.

did I mention that I hate goats? dammit I forgot to poast a piktar of me with a goat. I took my spawn to a farm last autumn and we were feed the devil-eyed beasts, and had a friend take a pik with me and a goat specifically for poasting on teh mapz.

And yes goatcheese, I'll take some.

I'm feeling meh, I have class today from 9am to 10:30pm, some days I want to dump my gf, I haven't written anything remotely interesting all year, and my alcohol consumption is at an all time low....
