Prefer natural remedies, not some over the counter stuff like Pepto or whatever.

same here but for the past couple of days, its been acting up. I have a feeling it was this corn on the cob I ate from some mexi restaurant.

stomach flu sucks, feel better dude. My remedy is just time. It will run its course.

Most important part is to avoid getting dehydrated so lots of fluids. Although, I once had a stomach flu so bad I couldn't even keep water down. If it's that bad, take really small sips of water with lots of time in between.

Every time I had the stomach flu the only thing I could hold down, weirdly enough, was Dr. Pepper. No idea why but it kept me hydrated and I stopped puking and shitting all over the place after a couple days.

stuff i use when i get grumbles in the gut are kefir, oregano oil, and coconut oil. and a tonic made of 8 oz of water and organic apple cider vinegar (about 2 tbsp) and some honey.

kefir's basically yogurt so it keeps yer guts happy with good bacteria.
oregano oil's a mint relative (so it's soothing on the stomach) that's supposed to be a natural bactericide that doesn't bung up yer intestinal flora
coconut oil's got lauric acid.. another bactericide/yeast killer for yer guts that doesn't kill the good stuff.
the apple cider vinegar stuff just promotes an alkaline ph.

worked for me the other night when i was getting a gnarly gut rumble. but i do this stuff all the time-- i just bumped up the regimen when it got shitty.

If it is a stomach flu all you can really do is stay hydrated, try to get light food to stay down and let it run its course. They suck.
