Re: The Breakfast Of King George IV.
Hmm. Actually a bit difficult of a choice, as clearly he was a bit of each, no?

Re: The Breakfast Of King George IV.
That is a difficult one. I don't know whether consuming pigeons constitutes a valuable public service or just falls into the category of "will eat anything".

A small blemish on an otherwise champion breakfast, I say

I like the fact that the vast majority of his breakfast was alcoholic, however, I am not down with eating pigeons. They're annoying creatures that shit everywhere. Thusly, they probably taste like moldy testicles.
Difficult choice, indeed.

For the sake of opposition and my hatred for gluttony, I went with fat bastard.

Pigeons and booze doesn't sound very regal, does it? Like the sort of thing you'd cook up over a barrel in a subway station that's been taken out of service.

Re: The Breakfast Of King George IV.
i'm voting fat bastard. all the liquor was to inoculate his innards against eating such vile offal as three rats with wings.
i'm suprised he didn't follow it up with a handful of borax and a bath in the blood of a freshly killed virgin.

Meat and booze. I'd do basically the same, in his position. After all, in those times, if you could afford to be a fat bastard, it was perfectly fine.
So I believe yes he was a fat bastard, and therefore a champ.

The booze is a good way to start the morning as a king.
I'd replace the pigeons with another bird like quail. Quail sounds fancy to eat.

Re: The Breakfast Of King George IV.
Quail are tiny and adorable. A perfect choice for regal mass consumption.
You would have to eat thirty or forty of them though, to do the thing properly.

Re: The Breakfast Of King George IV.
Pigeon for eating and pigeon for infesting urban areas are different things. There are pigeons raised for consumption. They are like small chickens. Trust me, I'm asian.

Re: The Breakfast Of King George IV.
THATS an eatin' pigeon. not a bad lookin' bird. i might eat that, but not with a vigor reserved for destroying hated birds like chickens. if i were a king though... i'd probably eat them. and still be a fat bastard. but i'd eat them over the nasty city kind.
