ughhhhh so I finished rewiring the guitar and something's wrong. Switch to the neck pickup and I get no sound apart from a really loud buzzing which is a bit quieter if I touch something metal. I've checked over the wiring diagram and can't see that I've done anything wrong. Also the bridge pickup seems duller than I remember it being. Any ideas from the maplitonians?

P90s ARE single coils, so they will be noisy, but it sounds like maybe you don't have all of the leads attached, or at least, not to the right parts.

Ah its working now, I just took it apart and the main ground had come off the back of the pot Seems to be working fine now. I'm actually very surprised at how quiet these p90s are especially as one of them is a 21k behemoth

Yeah they are humbucker size. They're the same ones I had in my SG, Bareknuckle Pig 90 bridge and Missisippi Queen neck. It's definitely my favourite guitar, sustains like a good'un, plays effortlessly and sounds great. Plus it has teh mojoez as it's fairly rare and covered in dings.

Prison pods are a wonderful idea. I would like them suspended on a not too tight net which would fluctuate with a breeze so the pods would roll around on net at all times, making any sleep impossible.


I too am a fan of P90's now. I have them in my Reverend, one LP and my Jr. They do single coil and higher output very well.

Spent all day yesterday filing video in Brooklyn. Bringing gear up 4 flights of stairs (no amps though) where there was a very small air conditioner in a huge loft room, which was hot as balls. 2+hours makeup, then video + pic. Oh did I mention the last 2 songs were up on the roof. in Brooklyn. in 90 + temp. hot. hot. sucked. then got to carry everything back down the 4 flights and drive home an hour at 5 pm.

I just figured out how to create a Crosshair GUI that can orbit around the character using the right joystick to position it.

Next step is to animate all the various aiming sprites, and to script the sprite to follow the cursor for aiming.
