It's now up on CL & FB. I don't really know what a beat-up AC30 6/TBX is worth, but Ebay prices seem encouraging- not that I'd get what they're asking (or that they will, either), but it's still more, I'd think, than a used AC30 CC or CC2. And more than I actually need. (Roughly $650.)

With the move impending, I am putting the Talman, Saffire, my mics and the AC15 up on the chopping block.

The Tron amp will do me fine, as will the JM. I will probably get a shredder and another bass down the line, and between those and the Tron I should be covered for my fuckering around at home. I wanted a new interface anyway so when the time comes where I feel like recording I will pick up a new one, and I am not worried about the mics because I just DI everything anyway.


If I sell everything I will be able to pick up a decent mid-range shredder and bass, and I can start getting more stomp boxes :D.


TL;DR: Selling most of my shit cause I don't use it that much and I don't feel like having to move it.

Epiphone has been bid on so should be getting a bass in a couple of weeks if it all goes to plan

Just got an offer on the Xaviere Tele.

So, with an amp, cab and guitar out of the house, and ~$300-350 in my pocket, I think I can start looking into shredders.

Working out something with the band to cover half of what I owe- which is rent on our studio space- in which case the AC30 is off the market, and I'll part with a few things that are of limited utility or rarely used these days to make up the rest, which is just my damn bills. (The Shure condenser I've almost entirely replaced with the NTK, the FMR compressor that sits in the rack and I only use on bass DI, probably the Mothership still because while awesome it is the least used of all my pedals...)

$65 for the shure and I can throw it in with the LNT no problem.

Or, are you considering buying the AC15 instead of the LNT? Or .... both? Would that be crate shipping?


To be honest I would hate to imagine what the shipping on the AC15 would be. I was kind of hoping to sell it locally. That fucker is fucking heavy as fuck.

I am halfjoking about the AC15, I just need/want to buy something in that wattage arena and of that sortofkindof flavor. I am not positive what I exactly want though.. There are a lot of options. I am not 100% what I am looking for tonewise, as I like many tones. But I want something that will play well with my Tele and something that is bright-ish. And proper "clear" sounding. Some headroom would be good (for a lower wattage map), but I don't need tons. I don"t mind some broke up cleans, I kind of like them, indeed. Don't need a ton of gain, just a nice crunchy overdriven rock sound, anything more would be achieved with pedlols. I dunno, there's a lot of choices.

Anywho yeah selling my whole interface and mic setup. I'll replace it down the line with a more DI focus as I just don't have a place to record loud amps.

So since I am selling stuff on HC, I decided to go over to Amps, EG and EFX.

Guy offered me a Vox Time Machine Delay for my Whammy.


Seems like a good delay and has a tap tempo. I have been trying to sell the whammy forever and no one has taken bites, and I could probably sell the delay down the road easily enough if I decided too.

Everything looks good. A little bit of wear and tear as expected, and a little bit of stress cracking in the finish near the neck. But, considering the guitar is one year younger than me I think that kind of thing is to be expected.

And the Whammy is on its way out for the Vox Time Machine. Considering the Whammy was free :red: I am happy with the trade, and I can sell the Time Machine down the road easily enough. I guess Whammys just aren't as cool as they used to be.

So I have the Rogue Analog Delay I won't be needing if anyone wants it for $20 and shipping. Even have the original and highly-sought-after box and manual :D
