Re: What Are U Listening To Right Now: Home Surgery Instruct After going through the whole thing: the first two tracks (the title track, previously poasted, the really heavy one) and the first single (Stone Letter, the second track) are not representative of the record as a whole.
There's definitely a big punk vibe going on at times. There's also a lot of spacey mellow odd sections. The first track is the heaviest; it never really gets violent. Nor is it a straightforward rock record either; it's actually pretty atmospheric and stripped-down. I am sure it will get plenty of spins in the near future, as I am a fan.
