And now, banana milkshake

Because I'm always moaning about my belly chubz, my girlfriend challenged me to a fitness month. I exercise already but my dietary aspect is to blame, I suppose, so I have been challenged to cut out the good things. The good things are: beer, white noodles, white bread, minimized rice, and generally choosing healthier foods and lower portions. The beer is the biggest sacrifice by far, especially with the heat we had earlier this week. I have tried to pull out but the woman is enforcing this shit with an iron fist.

I do still get to drink though. Just liquor. No mixes or cocktails. Just fucking liquor. So maybe the outcome of all of this is that I am generally going to get drunker, ahaha.

So far Smirnoff vodka, Gordon's Gin and Wild Turkey have been my poison.

Still the stalwart, this stuff kills.

I went through this when I was on my keto diet. Just get pepsi max or 7up zero to mix your vodka or whiskey with Gin & tonic isn't too bad either.

I actually prefer getting drunk on spirits, beer makes me too bloated and takes moar to get to the same level of drunk. I'm most fun when I'm vodka drunk as well

One of these previously, because they are just so damned good. And now onto one of those Elysian Superfuzzes, which is also really nice and a good bit of a change from the Oatis.

This last one, was some weird green tea infused brew. Had a very prominent green tea aftertaste, interesting stuff.

The pretty cute half asian lady in her late 20s who owns the place has a crush on me (which I have gathered from many unsure visits) and every time I am the most half-awkward bastard.

My last beer... I need to make more

Okay, not great. Something cidery of theirs i have had before moastly reminded me of white wine, was pleasantly dry. This one is a little less fizzy, and a little more apple juicey. I will have to see what it was that i tried last time, as i preferred it. I wonder if mayhap they are just not super consistent between bottlings...

I have a bunch of kombucha doing its own little thing. It ferments and obtains like .5 to 1% alcohol, but the point is for certain acids to develop. Supposed to be very healthy. Alls I know is I felt like a million bucks after a tall glass of fizzy kombucha.

As foar what I'm drinking... Wild Turkey.

Also a couple cans of Molson Canadian for tonight at rehearsals.

Yep, I change the bottles 3 times a day. Between the frozen bottles, the sleeping bag insulation and the shirt for evaporation, I'm able to keep it around 58-62F. Had a couple Samuel Smith Organic Chocolate stouts on brew day. First time I had some it was a bit too cold. Once I let it warm up a bit, it really shines. Not as roasty as I like my dark beers but still a damn fine beer. Good beer to give to people who don't like "dark" beers. Sameul Smiths makes some really goo beers.

Samuel Smith rocks. The Oatmeal Stout is great.

Sam Smiff is right swellish. Nut Brown Ale and Oatmeal Stout are especially winning.

Tea and water. I've had a whole week off drinking coffee and it doesn't feel right I didn't realise how tired I was without it, I guess I need more sleep
