Aslo, the work on the street is, this suckers are no longer through hole, and that the whole stack of them has gone surface mount components. The modders won't like it, but for folks like me, who have become highly skeptical of the wisdom/benefit in modding cheap mics anyhow, it won't matter at all.

Beat them with a stick.
Now, re: modding mics, I'd suspect the greatest benefit, natürlich, would be from swapping out the capsule and, if applicable, transformer. Barring that...

I don't think I've had any maplitonian activities whatsoever, since my chat with Snaxie on Christmas Eve. Sorry guys... just been so fucking busy. The new job, man.
Controls: WASD - Move Shift - Run Mouse Aim Left Click - Attack Right Click - Ability (in the web player it pulls up a menu too, if you select fullscreen mode that stops though)
Next up is implementing the "Sentinel" class shield. The turret was an absolute bitch to code for some reason, but it is close to working how I would like it to. Looks like the projectiles it fires sometimes pop out at weird angles so that will be fun to fix. Also, I made the map size TINY, mainly because I was debugging and did that to spawn levels faster and forgot to change it back before deploying the build, but hey it's slime killing so you get the idea quickly.

New build of my game, now the "engineer" class can now build turrets. Also, the soldier grenades have been cleaned up a bit.

Shit needs a "Try Again?" button for foalks like me who are complete shit at video games.
Reloading the page works, but feels an inelegant solution.
Further, are you using the right click for two things at the same time? Might make sense to make the menu come from the middle mousebutton/scroll, and leave the right button for weapon-based action. I may not understand fully what right clicking is doing though. Motherfucker seemed to be throwing fireballs and shit though, and having a menu pop up over them was confusing to my simple mind. EDIT: NEVERMIND, i see what you meant now about fullscreen mode.
Yeah the menu is more of a bug and less of a feature. I had no idea Unity had right-click-for-options as a default for the Web Player, and I am targeting this build for PC, Mac and Linux so I never bothered to check ...
Yeah the entire menu system from start to finish is the next feature implementation after finishing the last ability for the sentinel class. The menu system is complete shit and I hate it. But it is SO EASY to fix that I keep putting it off. Also, it requires a tiny bit of effort towards artwork that I am completely burned out on for the immediate future. What you can't see is all the weapons and abilities will actually be ... pick-ups ... basically they will be lootable goods in the future. So while they are currently disabled at the moment, they all have sprites that are 32x32 instead of 8x8, which is way fucking more of a pain in the ass (but look way better) than the 8x8 stuff I have been doing. s

Looks awesome like this as well. Word is they might be overpriced though. Can Warmoth do something like this? I like the idea of slightly longer scale for downtunings.
My band's getting around this year, apparently. Playing Montreal in March, and touring Europe in April. (That was the thing I was hinting at in the last couple of posts I may have made.)
Walked into a guitar shop yesterday and picked up what is almost definitely the best playing and sounding guitar I have ever held. And so, I put down on a deposit on it and it is going to be mine soon.
2009 or so Relic'd deal. I don't know the exact details on it, I thought the thing was an old ass Tele. It certainly plays and sounds like one. The clean tone is fucking RETARDED. I was jamming on it with a Mesa Mark I and a Marshall Class 5, it sounded 20x better than every other Tele I picked out in the shop. It's responsiveness to tapping is ridiculous. It also only weighs 6 pounds 5 ounces.

Couldn't sleep and have the house to myself so I jammed around with some stuff through my amp for a change. Came up with this buildup/riff, I think it's getting somewhere now. https://soundcloud.com/shotgunroyale/blues2
