Seems appropriately Halloween-ish:

I've never sat down and listened to this thing before. Rob Halford & John 5 with Trent Reznor producing. It's definitely of its time- 1998- and there are a few questionable moments considering they can all do better, but overall I don't think it's a bad record. I've heard worse from their usual bands. This is alright. Apparently there's a more guitar-driven mix, some of which is floating around out there?

Old newsish at this point, but this is fucking gargantuan. Ballou's production with this band is something else, and this one's even gnarlier sounding than the last. Fine record.

I quite enjoyed that. There were a few cringe worthy bits but overall it was candy for my earholes.
And yeah wow, totally a blast from the past style wise.

The dude still sounds goodman. Wish it was a little less high class on the recording/mix, but then again they kind of started this sort of modern metal production aesthetic themselves with heartwork. I wouldn't mind a lot less reverb on the vocals and drums though.
Honestly i should just be happy that they are making records at all i guess.

Listening to the whole EP, Mr. Chris has a point- there might be just a tiny bit of reverb on things that might just be a tiny bit too reverberant?
That being said, it still manages to be cool despite the mondoverb.
